Ben Nihart is a lifelong resident of Louisiana and is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a degree in Finance. Ben uses his financial background to help his clients over the past 6 years. Hard work and attention to detail are what set Ben apart from other mortgage lenders. He makes sure each of his clients are informed every step of the mortgage process. He approaches each new client with a “clean slate” to develop a plan to make sure each client is in the best mortgage for their needs.

When Ben is not helping his clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife Ashley and his two children Cadence and Easton. He also enjoys cheering on the Saints, Tigers, and Pelicans.
